The real reason Melinda suggested such was because she was too embarrassed to let anyone into her and her husband's room after what they'd been up to last night.

Once the both of them were finally seated atop Emilia's bed, Melinda decided to speak first.

" You won't be able to get his attention this way, quite the contrary, I'm afraid you're only going to lose it even more."

" And what makes you think I still want his attention."

" Emilia..."

" Even while I came first, he still chose sister Yu An over me. It's obvious he has no intention of ever choosing me... Why would anyone ever choose something that's been used and discarded–"

" Don't you dare say that, of course he'll soon choose you. Don't forget that he did give you a name first, and when you arrived, didn't he give you the task to tend to Mel and Sal, if he really intends to discard you, why would he have let you gotten so close with the children."

" But he could've easily found someone else."

" No he wouldn't. Do you really think he'd trust another soul with something like that?" Melinda questioned.

" It's obvious he trusts you, which is why he gave you such a duty in the first place."

After hearing this, Emilia was silent for a moment.

' She's right, if he doesn't trust me, he wouldn't have entrusted me with the both of them.'

" But he's trusted Sister Yu An with them before, hasn't he?"

" Emilia, you shouldn't always be comparing yourself with others." Melinda gently held her hands in her's, "Yu An and you both have your own appeal to him, just because he trusts the both of you doesn't mean he's going to discard either one of you for the other."

" Isn't it better that he loves everyone of you rather than only one of you?" Melinda said with a soft smile.

"...You're right..." Emilia bit her lower lip realising what she'd been doing, to think she'd actually been jealous of her fellow sister to the point of unintentionally damaging her already budding relationship with her master.

" But what should I do... How am I supposed to get him to accept me just like he did sister Yu An?"

To this, Melinda merely shook her head lightly. " I'm afraid I can't help you with this. If I intervene, he'll only be more upset. For you to undo what you've just done, I'm afraid you're going to have to find a way to undo it yourself, show him that your sorry for what you did, or at least try to appeal with. Perhaps after that, you'll finally get the chance you seek."

" I've arrived just as you've asked." Said Yu An. Who took a seat at the table he was seated at, the moment she walked into the bar.

Su Ping nodded, he glanced briefly at the bar, moments later, the bar woman brought two mugs of ale.

" I know it's a bit too early to be drinking. But right now I feel that I need this mug." Su Ping let out a helpless sigh before downing the cup in one mouthful.

He slammed the mug back onto the table right after, though careful enough to control his strength less he shattered the table.

" What? Your not a drinker?" He tilted his head in questioning when he saw that Yu An had a blank stare on her face or should he say a troubled look.

" For my mate, I would gladly drink as much poison as you wish..." Yu An said with a warm smile. " But. I can tell what plagues you isn't just the need for a drink."

" Well I did call you here to have you and Ranger finish with what you've started." He said.

" And yet I feel that still isn't the only reason." Her hands reached across the table to gently clasp his in hers.

" Your sudden need for a drink is actually because of her, isn't it."

" And If I say yes? Would that make you think less of me?"

" Not at all. After all, my only wish was for you to accept us all as one. Having her in the picture doesn't change any of that but fulfils it."

" Is that so." He let out a light chuckle. Before slyly reaching across the able and grabbing her own cup of ale. Which he downed in one mouthful as well.

' Drinking this early is one thing but I think it's best if a woman didn't drink at all.'

" You know I can't ever get used to the fact that non of you are against it."

' Yet in the past, I was sure such a thing would only bring about disharmony and chaos.' Su Ping reminisced, the familiar silhouettes of several women coming to his mind.

Just as they'd discussed, one could see that the main reason Su Ping came here at all wasn't because he was dissatisfied with Emilia's actions this morning, well honestly, it would be a lie if he said he wasn't annoyed by it a little, after all, no one would like any woman treating them like she did, nevertheless, that wasn't the main reason, while she'd said many times that she wasn't against the idea, he just wanted to make sure once and for all, by himself, that her words still stood. Since he had already accepted her as one of his beloveds, he felt the need to treat her properly as such.

Another reason he even gave Emilia some thought had to do with guilt. Knowing her backstory and the fact that his sharp hearing was able to pick up the sounds of her sobbing all the way from where he sat at the time. He was sure that the Wolf King was also aware but didn't have the time to dwell on it due to the fact that her long sought dream had finally been accomplished.

With that all being said and done, Su Ping went ahead to tell Yu An about the plan his other subordinate, Charles, had finally set into motion.
